Paying utilities while vacant: FRPM will handle all utility billing and payment for the owner while the property is vacant. We will get Continuous Service Agreements set up with all utility companies as part of our onboarding process. (Higher Reserves Required)

Paying HOA Dues: FRPM will handle all HOA payment for the owner.. We will give the HOA our contact info and address to have billing and communication sent to us as part of our onboarding process. (Higher Reserves Required)

Paying Insurance: FRPM will handle all insurance payments for the owner. When adding us as an additional insured, the billing address should be changed to ours. (Higher Reserves Required)

Paying Mortgage: FRPM will handle all Mortgage payments for the owner. (Higher Reserves Required)

Debt Collection: When a tenant owes you money, FRPM will handle the debt collection process and send them to collections if needed.
