How often do you inspect rental properties?
Routine inspections are usually conducted at move-in, move-out, and annually during occupancy. At FRPM, we also perform drive-by inspections every 60 days to ensure exterior upkeep. All inspections are viewable by the owner, get pictures of your property year-round!-
How are security deposits handled under Idaho law?
In Idaho, landlords must return the security deposit within 21 days (or up to 30 days if specified in the lease). Deductions must be itemized and justified in writing.-
What are your management fees?
