This is a 2 bed, 1 bathroom apartment only 2 blocks south of BSU campus and Albertson's stadium! Close to BSU, downtown Boise, and the Boise Greenbelt, these apartments aren't often available! Rent is $1,195 for a lease ending July 2022.

The kitchen comes with a fridge and stove, and each apartment has access to off-street parking. Tenants pay power, while the owner is responsible for water, sewer, trash and yard care.

Pets are welcome at this property if under 25lbs or less! There is a $300 pet fee and an additional $40 in rent, per pet. Pet cats and dogs under one year and dogs that are on our higher-liability breeds list will require a $400 pet fee and an additional $50 in rent, per pet.
